Stockley's Stori - "Stori" - English Setter Brood Bitch at STOCKLEY KENNELS
Comments from some happy owners of Stori's past litters.
He is the most amazing puppy. He is exactly what you said he would be like. "Bob" is the most mature
puppy, I have ever worked, played, and hunted with. My finance' adores him, and places him as close to the dog we lost. Everyone
who meets him, including other dogs, is amazed at how calm, and controlled he is in new situations. He had his first real hunt,
last Friday, at Farmland Pheasant Hunting in Brown City, Michigan, over pheasant. He quartered in front of, between, and behind 4 of
us. He was truly in heaven. He pointed two hens in about 30 minutes of hunting. He was steady to shot, and gazed as the birds fell
dead. The first bird we hit was a real treat. I reassured him, and double checking that the bird was dead we approached. The thick
cover blocked his view of the bird until he was right on it. With the last push of cover out of the way he was within scent of the bird
and almost sight when he performed an excellent staunch point. 12 o'clock tail, level head and he raised his rear legs to give him the
appearance of something more lethal then his 20 lbs. The second bird was found within 10 minutes of the first and was equally as
exciting. Bob is one great dog, and I have you and your kennel to thank. He is truly a part of the family, and will be for many seasons.

"Maggie" is a great dog and we are delighted that she is part of our
family. She loves hunting, but is also a great family dog. Thanks for allowing (Flora) to be a
part of our family. - Susan Clark - Wayne, Pa. (Stori/Toby litter)
